History:

After gathering over 20 years of job experience in similar field the present Managing Director of the company realize the Customers dissatisfaction and miss commitment of maximum Real Estate Company of Dhaka City and decided to form a won Private Company with its entrepreneurship to satisfied the customer and all other stakeholder in this regard he formed New Door Builders Limited on 2019 and decided to provide 100% satisfaction to all Customers, Land Owner, Suppliers and all others stakeholders regarding to realization of his previous working experience in different fields like Construction quality Commitment with Customers and Land Owners along with Employee and all others stakeholders motivation and satisfaction issues. Now the Company have 2 (Two) under construction or ongoing Projects at Khilgaon and Mirpur 2. The Company also searching and negotiating some New Projects for Joint Venture Development in different prime location of Dhaka City.

Mr. A. K. M. Shakwat Hossain is the founder and Managing Director of New Door Business Conglomerate. He is completed his M.Sc Degree from the University of Rajshahi since 2003 and he started his Real Estate career since 2004. During his job he also completed his MBA Degree from ASA University successfully. He carryout different top level management in different Real Estate Company in Dhaka City since 2019.

According to realization of different division of Real Estate in Dhaka City finally he decided to become an entrepreneur of Real Estate related of function and he did. During the end of 2019 he started his entrepreneurship with “New Door Property Agency Limited” for buying and selling ready and used Apartments, Shops, Commercial Spaces and Lands. 

He also provided Real Estate related all documental solutions as a Consultant. After that he formed another company named “New Door Builders Limited” for developing lands by joint venture construction. Now there are three On-going projects continuing properly. 

On the other hand for ensure safety and security of Real Estate neighborhood. He started a Security Services provider named “Siren Security Services Limited”.

After that he opened Interior Farm named “New Door Interior Solutions Limited” for all interior solutions of expected Flat owners and Office spaces owners. The Companies hardly believe that there is no Compromise with Commitment and Quality.
